Dear Carlene,
I want to say thank you for doing so much to help me sell my home. It was very difficult to leave a home that I had loved, in a neighborhood I had lived in for 50 years. It had been some years since my wife passed away & the house was in need of some TLC. You went the extra mile when you brought in a colleague with some expertise in decorating to help update and brighten my house for prospective buyers.
